  • We aim to present Products accurately, including descriptions, images, colours, and specifications.

    Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and production batches.

    Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice. We may limit quantities per customer to ensure fair access.

  • Sizing guidance is provided on product pages, but typically, we offer a one size fits all, crew-cut socks.

  • Unless stated otherwise, we recommend: cold/low-temperature wash, avoid bleach, and avoid high-heat tumble drying.

    FootNote is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, washing, or use outside intended conditions.

  • We conduct basic quality checks prior to dispatch.

    If a Product arrives defective or incorrect, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing enquiry@footnotemy.com with your order number and clear photos.

    Where verified, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on stock availability and circumstances.

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for eligible Products that are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

    To request a return, email enquiry@footnotemy.com with your order number and reason for return.

    Return shipping costs are customers responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • FootNote is a social enterprise. We reinvest a portion of proceeds from eligible sales into partner homes and community initiatives.

    The stated reinvestment rate is 10% unless otherwise stated for specific campaigns.

    Impact reporting may be shared publicly in privacy-safe formats and may be updated based on partner needs and safeguarding requirements.
